1. Orders & Payment
1.1 All orders are subject to product availability, order verification, and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders we suspect to be fraudulent, placed by users under the age of 18, or violating these Terms.
1.2 All prices listed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
1.3 Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods listed on our checkout page. You authorize us to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method.

2. Print-on-Demand Production & Fulfillment
2.1 Our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand) and produced specifically for you upon confirmation of your order. Standard production time is **1–3 business days**, excluding weekends and holidays.
2.2 Processing and shipping typically take an additional **2–4 business days** after production is completed.
2.3 Estimated delivery time via USPS to the contiguous United States is **7–15 business days** from the order date. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or other non-contiguous US states may take longer and is subject to additional shipping restrictions.
2.4 We ship to all 50 US states, excluding PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2.5 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
2.6 It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

3. Shipping Rates

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
4.1 All products are custom printed on demand. We only accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for defective items (e.g., printing errors, damaged goods received).
4.2 Non-defective custom items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, as they are made specifically for each customer.
4.3 To request a return or refund for a defective item, you must contact us at support@modayne.com **within 7 days of delivery** and provide clear photos of the defective item and shipping packaging.
4.4 All claims for defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
4.5 If your claim is approved, full refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the defective item is received and inspected. We may also offer a replacement product at our discretion, subject to availability.
4.6 The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective due to our error.
